Summary of Experience

Cindy Fox has over twenty-five years experience in developing Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), human resource management, consulting and project management in insurance, banking, manufacturing and health care.

Prior to starting Fox Human Resource Associates in 1991, Cindy was Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at CIGNA Corporation.

She has assisted organizations nationwide to develop and update federally mandated Affirmative Action Compliance Plans. She has also assisted clients during OFCCP compliance reviews. AAPs developed by Fox Human Resource Associates have sailed through OFCCP compliance reviews saving our clients time and aggravation.

Customers continually comment on her integrity, concern for their best interests, ability to build positive working relationships with clients and OFCCP compliance officers, and adeptness at delivering high quality results on time.

Cindy is an active member of the Greater Hartford-Springfield Employers Liaison Group, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut.
